Example Definitions of "Early Separation Date"
Early Separation Date. Shall mean, to the extent applicable, the earlier of (i) the date Executive provides notice of resignation or (ii) the date Executive is terminated with or without Cause, which Early Separation Date shall, in all events, precede the Separation Date.
