Early Settlement Election

Early Settlement Election. Means Executive's election to settle the Award, effective on the sixth, seventh, eighth or ninth anniversary of the Effective Date, as applicable, by providing written notice to IAC no earlier than one year prior to the early settlement date and no later than one hundred eighty days prior to the early settlement date.
