Earned Unit

Earned Unit. Means a Unit that is eligible to become a Vested Unit based on the achievement of Company TSR Points vs. Index for the applicable Performance Period (as determined pursuant to Sections 1 and 3 of this Exhibit A), and the Participant's continued Service through the applicable Performance Period End Date.
