Earnout Revenues

Earnout Revenues. Are revenues TriQuint (including all subsidiaries) realizes from the sale of Vanessa Originated Products in the twelve month period beginning October 1, 2002 and ending September 30, 2003, and from the sale of Vanessa Related Products in the twelve month period beginning October 1, 2003 and ending September 30, 2004, as further specifically calculated as described in Section 4 of this Agreement.
