East Region

East Region. Shall mean the territory comprised of the seven (7) states of Colorado, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota and South Dakota and the metropolitan statistical area of El Paso, Texas. "East Region" also includes the specific Service Areas within the West Region where East has the Publishing Obligation.
