EB Field Technology

EB Field Technology. Means (i) the EB Licensed Software, (ii) all trade secrets and know how Controlled by EB at any time during the Collaboration Term to the extent related to, or useful with respect to, the Government Field, including without limitation methods, processes, materials, formulations, and techniques, whether or not patentable or reduced to practice and whether now existing or hereafter developed or acquired, and (iii) any and all intellectual property rights in and to the foregoing.
