Economic Interest
Economic Interest. A person's right to share in the Net Profits, Net Losses or similar items, and to receive distributions of Distributable Cash from Waitlist, but does not include any other rights of a Member.

Economic Interest. Means a Member's right to receive distributions of the Company's assets and allocations of income, gain, loss, deduction, credit and similar items from the Company pursuant to this Agreement and the Act, but shall not include any other rights of a Member, such as, without limitation, the right to vote on matters on which the Members' vote is required or any right to information concerning the Company's business and affairs.
