Effective Date of Termination
Effective Date of Termination. The date on which a termination of the Executive's employment occurs as specified in the Notice of Termination. For purposes of this Agreement, references to a "termination of employment" or any form thereof shall mean a "separation from service" as defined under Section 409A of United States Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time.
