Effective Date. The date the Grant Agreement is approved by the stockholders of the Company

Effective Date. The date on which the transactions contemplated by the Merger Agreement are consummated, provided that the Board has adopted the Plan prior to or on such date, subject to approval of the Plan by the Company's stockholders.
Effective Date.
