Effective Date

Effective Date. The date on which the stockholders of the Company initially approved the NCS Multistage Holdings, Inc. 2017 Equity Incentive Plan

Effective Date. The date on which all of the Parties have executed this Agreement

Effective Date. Date on which both Seller and Purchaser have executed this Agreement.

Effective Date. The date the Plan is approved by the Company's shareholders in accordance with Section 16.1 hereof.

Effective Date. The date that the spin-off of the Company from Elan Corporation plc is first effective.
