Effective Date

Effective Date. The Plan was originally effective as of December 15, 1998. This Amended and Restated Plan is effective as of July 1, 2001.

Effective Date. Means the effective date of any plan of reorganization confirmed by the United States bankruptcy court with respect to the Corporation in the bankruptcy case numbered 01-14099K

Effective Date. When each of the following has been fulfilled to the satisfaction of the Lender:
