Effective Date

Effective Date. Means the date of the final closing of the Offering.

Effective Date. The effective date of this Plan document, which is the date of the annual meeting of stockholders of the Company held in 2011 provided this Plan is approved by the Company's stockholders at such meeting.

Effective Date. The date as of which this Plan is adopted by the Board.
