Effective Date

Effective Date. Means the Business Day occurring after (a) the Confirmation Order becomes a Final Order; and (b) the conditions of the Effective Date set forth in Section IX of this Plan have been satisfied or waived. Effective Date. Means the date the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-1 (No. 333-149682) is declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
