Effective Date

Effective Date. Effective Date means the date of execution of this Agreement by parties, as shown on the signature page.

Effective Date. Means the date of the closing of the Transaction

Effective Date. The later of its approval by the Company's stockholders and the consummation of the Aadi Merger

Effective Date. The effective date of this Plan, which is the date of the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger by and among NextGen Acquisition Corporation, Sky Merger Sub I, Inc. and the Company, dated as of February 21, 2021, provided that this Plan is approved by the Company's stockholders prior to such date.

Effective Date. The effective date of this Plan, which is the date of the closing of the transactions contemplated by the Agreement and Plan of Merger by and among PubCo, Townsgate Acquisition Sub 1, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Seneca Biopharma, Inc., and Leading BioSciences, Inc., dated as of December 16, 2020, provided that this Plan is approved by the Company's stockholders prior to such date.

Effective Date. The day immediately prior to the date on which the Company's registration statement on Form S-1 in connection with its initial public offering of Common Stock is declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission under the Securities Act, subject to approval of the Plan by the stockholders of the Company.

Effective Date. This Amendment shall be effective as of the date first set forth above.

Means the date Target VWAP is first achieved, provided, however, that in no event shall this Warrant become exercisable on a date that is less than twelve months from the date of issuance. For the avoidance of doubt, if Target VWAP is achieved during the twelve month period following the date of issuance, the Warrant shall be exercisable on any date beginning on the 12 month anniversary from the date of issuance through the Expiration Date.

Effective Date. Means October 10, 2007, which was the date of the 2007 Annual Meeting of Stockholders at which this Plan was approved by the Company's stockholders.
