Example Definitions of "Effective Date"
Effective Date. Means the date on which each of the conditions set forth in Clause 4 (Conditions to effectiveness) have been satisfied.
Effective Date. The day following the date the Plan is approved by the Board of the Company in accordance with applicable law and the Company's articles of incorporation, or such later date following Board approval as the Plan Administrator shall determine.
Effective Date. Means March 11, 2008, the date of Board approval of the Plan.
