Effective Date

Effective Date. Shall mean the date on which the Warrant shall be deemed to have been exercised.

Effective Date. Means the date the Amendment and Restatement is approved by the Shareholders of the Company.

Effective Date. Means the date upon which all conditions to the effectiveness of the Restructuring have been satisfied or waived in accordance with the terms of the applicable Definitive Documents; provided that to the extent the Restructuring is implemented through an Acceptable Plan it shall be the date the Acceptable Plan becomes effective.
