EFFECTIVE FINAL JUDGMENT DATE

EFFECTIVE FINAL JUDGMENT DATE. "Effective Final Judgment Date" means the first business day after all of the following conditions or events have been met or have occurred: 2.11.1 The Final Judgment has been entered by the Court in the Lawsuit and not subsequently modified or vacated; 2.11.2 The time has expired in which to seek review by appeal of the Final Judgment without any review or appeal having been taken therefrom pursuant to Fla. R. App.... P. 9.100 or otherwise; or, if review or appeal is taken, then such review or appeal shall have been finally determined (subject to no right to further review or appeal) by the highest court before which the review or appeal is sought and allowed, and the review or appeal shall have been resolved in such manner as to permit the consummation of the Settlement to be effected by this Settlement Agreement in accordance with all of its terms and provisions without modification in any material respect unless approved by the Parties; and 2.11.3 The Settlement Requirements have been met.
