Effective Period

Example Definitions of "Effective Period"
Effective Period. The period commencing on the date hereof and ending the earlier of the date that all of the Offered Shares shall have ceased to be Registrable Securities or July 1, 2011.
Effective Period. Means: (i) with respect to the Initial Shelf Registration Statement, the Initial Registration Effective Period; and (ii) with respect to the Additional Shelf Registration Statement, the Additional Registration Effective Period.
Effective Period. The period beginning on the Shelf Effective Date and ending on the earlier of (1) 36 months after the Shelf Effective Date or (2) the date that the Holders have received an opinion of counsel to the Corporation that the Holders can sell all of their Registrable Shares pursuant to Rule 144 promulgated under the Securities Act without regard to the volume limitations contained in paragraph (e) of such Rule
Effective Period. Shall mean the earlier of (x) one year from the Effective Date, (y) the date when all Registrable Securities covered by such Registration Statement have been sold, or (z) the date on which the Registrable Securities may be sold without any restriction pursuant to Rule 144 as determined by the counsel to the Company pursuant to a written opinion letter addressed to the Company's transfer agent to such effect
