Effectiveness Deadline. The one hundred twentieth (120) calendar day following the Closing Date
Effectiveness Deadline. The Initial Effectiveness Deadline, the Subsequent Effectiveness Deadline(s), the Additional Effectiveness Deadline(s) and/or the Demand Effectiveness Deadline(s), as applicable.
