Effectiveness Deadline

Effectiveness Deadline. Effectiveness Deadline. Means, with respect to a Registration Statement filed pursuant to Section 2(a), ninety (90) calendar days after the Filing Deadline in the case of a filing on Form S-3 and one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the Filing Deadline in the case of a filing on Form S-1.

Effectiveness Deadline. Means (i) with respect to the initial Registration Statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 2(a), the (A) 60th Business Day after the Closing Date and (ii) with respect to any additional Registration Statements that may be required to be filed by the Company pursuant to this Agreement, the earlier of the (A) 60th Business Day following the date on which the Company was required to file such additional Registration Statement.

Effectiveness Deadline. Has the meaning set forth in Sections 3(a) and 4(a) hereof.

Effectiveness Deadline. Shall mean, in the case of an Exchange Offer Registration Statement, the meaning set forth in Section 2(a), and in the case of a Shelf Registration Statement, the meaning set forth in Section 3(b).
