Effectiveness Deadline. Means with respect to the initial Registration Statement required to be filed pursuant to Section 2(a), September 1, 2018.

Effectiveness Deadline. Effectiveness Deadline. Means the date that is the earlier of (A) thirty (30) days after the Filing Deadline in the event that the Staff notifies the Company that such Registration Statement is not subject to review, and (B) one hundred twenty (120) days after the Filing Deadline in the event that the Staff notifies the Company that such Registration Statement is subject to review.
