Eighth Amendment
Eighth Amendment. That are not defined herein shall have the meaning given thereto in the Agreement
Eighth Amendment. For purposes of this Eighth Amendment, capitalized terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Lease unless otherwise defined herein. The Lease, as amended by this Eighth Amendment, is referred to herein as the 'Amended Lease.'
