EJ Funds Loan Documents. The Restated Credit Agreement and all other agreements, documents and instruments executed from time to time in connection therewith, including without limitation any agreements, documents and instruments evidencing "Obligations" as such term is defined in the Restated Credit Agreement, in each case, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
