Elastics Affiliates

Elastics Affiliates. Shall mean any individual or entity that directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Elastic. For purposes of this definition, "control" means the power to direct the management and policies of another, whether through the ownership of voting securities, by contract or otherwise.
