Electing Holder

Example Definitions of "Electing Holder"
Electing Holder. Means, with respect to a Registration, any Covered Holder that has delivered a completed and signed Notice and Questionnaire to the Company in accordance with the provisions hereof.
Electing Holder. Shall mean any holder of Transfer Restricted Securities that has returned a completed and signed Notice and Questionnaire to the Company (or its counsel) in accordance with Section 3(b)(ii) or 3(b)(iii) hereof.
Electing Holder. Shall mean any holder of Registrable Securities that has returned a completed and signed Notice and Questionnaire to the Company in accordance with Section 3(c)(ii) or 3(c)(iii) hereof.
Electing Holder. Means (a) with respect to any Demand Registration pursuant to Section 2(a), each Holder other than the Demanding Holder that requests to include Registrable Securities in such Demand Registration and (b) with respect to any Piggyback Registration pursuant to Section 3(a), each Holder that requests to include Registrable Securities in such Piggyback Registration.
Electing Holder. Means a person that has certified to the Company that it has a beneficial interest in any Registrable Security in book-entry or global certificate form in a completed and signed Notice and Questionnaire in respect of such Registrable Security delivered to the Company in accordance with Section 3(a)(i) or 3(a)(ii).
Electing Holder. Any holder of Registrable Securities that has returned a completed and signed Notice and Questionnaire to the Issuers in accordance with Section 3(e)(ii) or 3(e)(iii) hereof
Electing Holder. Means, with respect to any Registration, each Holder that is entitled and elects to sell Registrable Securities pursuant to such Registration and this Agreement.
Electing Holder. Any Holder that has returned to the Company a completed and signed Notice and Questionnaire in accordance with Section 4(a) and otherwise provided to the Company any other information requested by the Company in accordance with Section 4(a)
