Electing Investor Holders

Electing Investor Holders. Means the holders of greater than fifty percent (50%) of the Registrable Securities, unless the request is for a Commission Form S-3 registration, in which case Electing Investor Holders shall mean the holders of at least ten percent (10%), of the Registrable Securities owned by the Investor Holders outstanding at the time of the request to the Company.
