Election Date

Election Date. Means the date by which an Executive must submit a valid Deferral Election Form for regular Compensation. For each Plan Year, the Election Date shall be January 1 unless the Administrator sets an earlier Election Date or as provided in Plan Section 4(b) or 4(c).

Election Date. Means the date by which a Participant must submit a valid Deferral Election Form for Compensation earned and vested during the Plan Year. For each Plan Year, the Election Date shall be December 31 of the preceding calendar year unless the Administrator sets an earlier Election Date.

Election Date. The December 31st immediately preceding the commencement of a Deferral Period. If an individual first becomes eligible to participate in the Plan on an Annual Meeting date or after the start of a Deferral Period, the Election Date shall be the thirtieth day following such Annual Meeting date or initial participation date, as the case may be.
