Electricity Charge

Electricity Charge. Shall mean the determination made by Landlord of the value of the electrical energy consumed by Tenant computed at the rate charged by the public utility company for the Building or, at Landlord's option, at a rate equivalent to Landlord's average costs for such electric energy, plus any administrative costs of Landlord.
