ELECTRONIC ESPEED TRANSACTION SERVICES. Means the effecting of transactions (other than Broker Assisted Transactions) involving a GHG Emission Reduction Unit in, on or through the Electronic Trading System. Electronic eSpeed Transaction Services do not include Clearance, Settlement and Fulfillment Services; Information Services (if any); Additional E-Commerce Services; Additional IT Services; Web Portal Transactions; or Related Services.
