Electronic Register

Electronic Register. A document in electronic form, containing information on the supply of goods by the Client in favor of any Debtor (the "Information"), directed by the Client pursuant via the System "Alpha-Client On-line'' as a part of an electronic document "Official Letter". The requirements for content and format of this electronic document are set in Annex No. 3 to the General Agreement.
