Elestat Tail Year

Elestat Tail Year. Shall mean [confidential treatment requested] twelve (12)-month periods following the expiration or termination of this Agreement; the first such Elestat Tail Year shall commence on the first day after the effective date of such termination or expiration and end on the last day of the last month of such twelve (12)-month period and so on year-by-year.
