Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria. Means the credit terms, current rates, underwriting or credit scoring criteria, underwriting guidelines set forth in Exhibit B or other information prescribed by WFS in its sole discretion from time to time to be used in determining the eligibility of the consumers visiting the E-LOAN Website for the Credit Products. This information may be modified or supplemented by WFS at any time in its sole discretion.
