Example Definitions of "Eligibility Date"
Eligibility Date. Means the date designated by the Plan Administrator with respect to an Offering on which an Eligible Employee must be employed by the Company or a Designated Subsidiary to be eligible to participate in such Offering.
Eligibility Date. 180 days following the Effective Date.
Eligibility Date. The first business day of each of the Company's fiscal years, commencing January 1, 1997, while this Plan is in effect
