Eligibility Review Error Rate. The Eligibility Review Error Rate shall be calculated by dividing the Overpayment in the Eligibility Review by the total dollar amount associated with hospice services reimbursed during the Reporting Period by Medicare for beneficiaries in the Beneficiary Population included in the Eligibility Review.
