Eligible Contract Section 137b. (b) with respect to each Subprime Contract, complies with the Loan Guidelines of a Contract Purchaser and otherwise should be purchased by a Contract Purchaser pursuant to a Contract Purchase Agreement within three (3) Business Days of receipt by Borrower of all documentation required under the Borrower's PowerCheck®.
