Eligible Employee or Employee. Shall mean and refer to a person regularly employed by Janus or one of its Subsidiaries or Affiliated Entities designated by the Board or the Committee on such date as shall be designated by the Board or the Committee for an offering of Shares made pursuant to this Plan; provided, however, persons whose customary employment is for only 20 hours or less per week or for not more than five months in any calendar year shall not be an "Employee" or an "Eligible Employee" as those terms are used... herein.
