Eligible Equipment

Eligible Equipment. (a) new and used general purpose computer equipment, office equipment, manufacturing equipment, test and laboratory equipment, furnishings, subject to the limitations set forth herein, and (b) Other Equipment that complies with all of Borrower's representations and warranties to Agent and which is reasonably acceptable to Agent in all respects.

Eligible Equipment. That Equipment of Company designated by Wells Fargo as eligible from time to time in its sole discretion
