Eligible Family Members

Eligible Family Members. With respect to each annual benefit year, Non-Employee Director's spouse or travel companion, dependent unmarried children through age 20 and through age 25 if full-time students, and a maximum of two parents (which may be biological or step-parents); provided that an Eligible Family Member shall not include any individual with respect to whom a benefit described in paragraph 2(i)(a) is taxable.
