Example Definitions of "Eligible Member"
Eligible Member. Means a Person who, on the Eligibility Record Date, is (i) a Person who is a named insured under a Qualifying Policy that is a group policy, or (ii) a Person who is a named insured under a Qualifying Policy that is an individual policy.
