Eligible Participant

Eligible Participant. All employees of the Company employed by the Company as of the Effective Date, and such other additional employees of the Company as may be designated from time to time after the Effective Date to participate in this Plan by the Committee.

Eligible Participant. Means a Non-Employee Director serving as a director on the date of grant, a consultant providing services to the Company or a Subsidiary on the date of grant, or an employee employed by the Company or a Subsidiary on the date of grant.

Eligible Participant. Eligible Participant. Shall mean any person or entity that is providing, or has agreed to provide, services to the Company or subsidiary of the Company, whether as an employee, director, advisor or independent contractor.
