Eligible Participant

Eligible Participant. All employees of the Company employed by the Company as of the Effective Date, and such other additional employees of the Company as may be designated from time to time after the Effective Date to participate in this Plan by the Committee.

Eligible Participant. Any Employee who has not previously been an Employee or Director of the Company or an Affiliate, or following a bona fide period of non-employment by the Company or an Affiliate, if he or she is granted a Stock Award in connection with his or her commencement of employment with the Company or an Affiliate and such grant is an inducement material to his or her entering into employment with the Company or an Affiliate. Eligible Participant. Means a Non-Employee Director serving as a director on the date of grant, a consultant providing services to the Company or a Subsidiary on the date of grant, or an employee employed by the Company or a Subsidiary on the date of grant.

Eligible Participant. Means any director, officer, employee, consultant, contractor and advisor of the Corporation, other than a director of the Corporation that serves on the Committee, or any Subsidiary.
