Eligible Person. Means all Employees (including officers), Directors and Consultants of the Company or of any Related Entity. The foregoing notwithstanding, only employees of the Company, the Parent, or any Subsidiary shall be Eligible Persons for purposes of receiving any Incentive Stock Options.
