Eligible Person. An employee of the Company, a Subsidiary or an Affiliate, who is covered by a collective bargaining agreement that provides or allows for the granting of stock options.

Eligible Person. Means, in the case of the grant of an Incentive Stock Option, all employees of the Company or a subsidiary of the Company and, in the case of a Non-qualified Stock Option, Restricted Stock, Stock Appreciation Right and Stock Bonus, any director, officer or employee of the Company or other person who, in the opinion of the Board, is rendering valuable services to the Company, including without limitation, an independent contractor, outside consultant, or advisor to the Company.
