Eligible Persons

Eligible Persons. Means employees, consultants and non-employee directors of the Company and its Subsidiaries.

Eligible Persons. Officers, directors, and Employees of the Participating Companies

Eligible Persons. Shall mean those persons described in Section 4 who are potential recipients of Options.
