A Receivable created by a Loan Party relating to any progress billing, that satisfies each of the criteria contained in the definition of Eligible Accounts other than clauses (l) and (n) of such definition; provided, that such Account is not unpaid more than sixty (60) days after the date of the original invoice date of such Account
