Eligible Providers. Reseller understands ----------------------------------------- and agrees that the actual performance of the Bill Payment Services may be made by the divisions or subsidiaries of Metavante Corporation, Affiliates of Metavante Corporation, or subcontractors of any of the foregoing Entities (collectively, the "Eligible Providers").
