Example Definitions of "Eligible Service Provider"
Eligible Service Provider. A natural person other than an Employee or Director who (i) is designated by the Committee to be an "Eligible Service Provider," (ii) provides bonafide services to the Company or a Related Corporation, (iii) is not a U.S. taxpayer and (iv) meets the requirements set forth in the document(s) governing the Offering for eligibility to participate in the Offering, provided that such person also meets the requirements for eligibility to participate set forth in the Plan.
Eligible Service Provider.
