Emageon Software. Means all computer programming/formatting code or operating instructions created and/or designed by Emageon. Emageon Software includes, but is not limited to, any files necessary to organize, manage, store, transfer, visualize, and retrieve DICOM images or HL7 messages, and similar functions and underlying technology or components, such as image processors, image compression, interface ... programs that link other programs, customized graphics manipulation engines, and menu utilities, whether in database form or dynamically driven, all as created and/or designed by Emageon and as set forth in Attachment B of each Order Addendum.
