EMAIL PRICE. Means the price determined by finding the common point between the actual Contact Ratio for a given month (on the "x" axis) and the annualized Ticket Transactions for a given month (on the "y" axis) of the matrix set forth on Exhibit D-2 (or after the Transfer Date, Exhibit D-3).
