Embedded Systems

Embedded Systems. Means COMPANY's computer systems or computing devices which (i) are based on the Licensed Product, (ii) utilize a single central processor unit, (iii) are designed for use with an Embedded Application, (iv) are marketed to one or more specific industries (and not to general consumer or mass markets), and (v) are not useable as a commercially viable substitute for computers or devices which address more than two (2) Office Automation and Personal Computing Functions.
