Embedded Technology

Embedded Technology. Shall mean any technology owned or acquired by any Party outside of the performance of the Crosswalk Project and incorporated or "embedded" into the Crosswalk after the Effective Date to facilitate studies with the Databases, including any design, technical description and any software (including programs, modules, code, algorithms, flowcharts, diagrams, documentation and the like), as expressly described in Appendix D attached hereto and as amended from time to time pursuant to Section 4.6....
