EMC Licensed Products

EMC Licensed Products. Shall mean any and all products which are sold or otherwise distributed by EMC, its Parent (including, Subsidiaries and Affiliates of the Parent), Subsidiaries or Affiliates, including without limitation, Covered Product(s), hardware, software, service offering or a combination thereof, that is covered by any claim in any of the SCC Patents.
